okay, i am picking this off the air okay 'cos me ish in the orpid today.
radish
i opened up a standard pack of chopped radish. give a little rinse ar bo can be salty. i find it still bite pieces so i use the chopper and give it a little spin. remove. set aside.
in a saucepan, pour enough oil to fry your radish. according to that s'pore cooking book, u fry garlic then throw out when it's brown and use the oil to fry your radish. but i didn't. i use the commercially prepared minced garlic to cook with my radish. since i cook at moderate heat, it didn't burn the garlic. keep watch of your radish and cook for like half hour. when done, set aside.
for the four mixture. i need the exact measurement from the book. but here's what you need.
rice flour
tapioco flour
water - to first pour to mix the 2 flour
oil
salt
boiled water - to slowly pour into first mixture
arrange and steam chwee kueh cups for about 5 minutes. i do this randomly. ar gar ar gar the cups are hot, i poured in the final mixture. steam for about 15 minutes and wa la....your chwee kueh is ready.

caught 1 Hippie, 4 Toro, 1 Red Diablo Shark with 7 Cayenne Chums worth 3194 gold, 3410 points.
Caught 6 fish, worth 3,194 gold and 3,410 points.
Burned 3 gallons, party gave 75 gold each to Leader for fuel costs.
Equally split profits, earned 3,119 gold and 3,410 points each.
A group of fishermen stole 44% of my gold (1372 gold) because I went Night Fishing alone!
