Regarding contact lens.. I'm actually thinking of getting it to eliminate this problem. But lol, yea.. I'm a noob with contacts man.. Tried it a few times 2 years back before NS, found it really difficult to get it in. But I'll guess I'll be trying contacts again since I'm now out of NS. However, I still would not prefer to depend on contacts all my life IF there's a choice. :p I don't like the idea of touching my eyeballs most of the time.. Noob? I'm alright.

Earhooks, that's another method I tried.. but I would like to listen for more alternatives because the hook sticking out, is more or less obvious at the side.

And yea, I've tried buying the blue absorbent pad to remove the oil on the face, at the same time tried it on the nose piece, it did help for awhile.. and yea.. only awhile.. :S

Regarding viciouskitty74 reply, I guess I may give it a try that to reduce my oily face problem.

However, I just would like to see how you guys solve this problem. and I just realised that there's something such as a silicon nose-piece? That's something I would like to try too. How much you have to pay for the change of the nose piece, Nikar 3?

Hi, I'm currently facing problems with spectacles, which I'm finding it a nuisance now. I realise that when I wear spectacles, the 2 portruding oval-shaped piece that sits nicely on your nose, will turn oily easily due to my easily oily nose. Because of that, my spectacle usually slowly slip down my nose, causing great discomfort to me. Then I'll have to push the spectacle up, before waiting for another minute before it starts coming down again. One solution I know is wearing spectacle hooks, which is black in colour.. and it doesn't really look nice too. I'm just wondering if there's any others facing the same problem and if there is a better solution? Or maybe, can someone advice me on how to reduce oily face other than washing your face frequently? Thanks alot!

Yepz, I second FireIce. Nice place to go for the ambience, waiting time for your food to be served during V day can be really loooong. Food is only ok. I find that its worth a go there. But make sure you go there and recognise the place first before you bring your date/SO there. I've made a mistake last year of not being able to recognise the area on V day though I've been there earlier before to pay for my reservation fees. So was wandering around lost on that day, looking stupid

Hmm.. I went to East Coast Park and picked them once. I cannot really remember the exact location of the tree. There's only 1 tree though, but I'm able to pick up many Saga seeds there. Think I still have some of the seeds in my rm. I went to East Coast Park and asked one of the sweepers there if they know of any saga seed trees there and 1 of them pointed out to me the location. Sooo.. happy finding! Will update you if I remember the exact location.

Hmm.. i recieved another email stating that they will upgrade our hotmail free of charge and ask us to log in our username and password in the link provided. The whole thing seemed so real and i really gave out my username and password.. when i click "login" that was when i realised that the website is not an official msn website... and when i pressed login they state "information sending to admin..." soo.. i quickly close it and change my password.. hope u all dunt fall prey into this like i did too..

aniwayz.. today, onli abt 1 and the half hour ago.. i went up the 80 double decker bus, sit on the upper deck.. then i took out my hp becoz i wanna read the msg someone sent me.. then someone from behind saw mi taking out hp.. ask mi to lend him for awhile..i at 1st felt reluctant and i figure out that he cannot be rushing down the bus so quickly... and i prepared myself juz in case anything happen.. i will be able to catch him..(Im nearer to the staircase then he is) then he called.. and i heard something like.. money matter.. then..tell tt person "call me at 900xxxxx" i felt something telling mi tt this is not right.. i rushed him to quickly return mi my hp.. and he said wait awhile.. and he called 1 more number.. i tried to listen wad he say.. and i hrd him teling the guy at the other line the "call me at 966xxxxx" sounds like my father hp no... then he returned mi my hp.. he alighted at rivervale plazza outside.. and when i looked out...i saw tt he already began talking to another lady beside him(definitly strangers) aniwayz.. the 2 numbers he dialled was 62846396 and 98582568. It's like.. i dunt know if.. he did anything to my numbers or something like tt.. wad do u feel?

I find that they are too much... giving such comments to Singaporeans. They should be happy enough that we, Singaporeans offer them a place to study in Singapore to get a better certificate. Yet what do we get in return? One of them even boasted that he can finish an assignment in 1 day when one of the Singaporean student took 4 weeks to finish it. Now who is the one being proud??

I also experienced it many times before....once.. as I have to walk down the steps to get to the mrt and i am really tired at that time. So i just place my hand on the metal handle to support and a *piack!* sound came followed by pain in my fingers which last about 1 second. Then i tried touching the handle once more, the sound and pain came again. Even my friend beside me heard it. Scary sia..
